With her attention to detail, commitment to high standards, and fair manner, Sonya is the perfect Operations Manager. She manages our Team, their development and training. She manages to navigate all their holiday requests too! Well, we do love holidays. She ensures that everything is of a high standard and that the practice runs in line with CQC requirements. She deals with patient satisfaction and complaints. We couldn’t be without her. In her free time, Sonya loves to spend time with her family and young daughter. She likes learning new skills, so she always has something that she’s into.
